About me
My Education and Work Experience
The first half of my professional career I was a software developer for a large aerospace company. I loved what I was doing but I didn't feel like I was contributing to the world in the way I wanted. I wanted to find something that better served my heart and decided to make the leap of faith into being in the healing profession as a Psychotherapist. I have always been a good listener, empathic person, curious, warm and genuinely interested in people. I am passionate about personal growth and how important I feel it is to the healing of the consciousness of humanity and especially now in today's world.
I have lots and lots of life experience being a mother, grandmother, wife, sister, daughter, friend and community builder. I believe this really adds to my profession in that while I have not experienced everything everyone has ever gone through, I understand about life and life's journey's, transitions, and all the ups and downs we go through in each stage.
I am also passionate about working for many years with indigenous plant medicines doing my own inner healing, gaining insights into my relationships, fears, anxieties, grief and trauma.
I look forward to working with you if you want to take a journey into your own life with someone who feels passionate about helping others reach their full potential and to break through whatever is stopping them from reaching self-actualization and inner peace.
